This role will work as part of the Infrastructure Security team to administer security applications, platforms, and systems in a cloud-based environment. It will also use InfoSec tools to monitor, analyze, investigate and defend the organization via threat assessment and system hardening efforts.
Areas of participation will include:
• Event management and incident response
• Forensic investigation using InfoSec tools
• Collect digital evidence and document timelines, activities, and proposed solutions or actions taken to solve issues
• Participate in scheduled audits and DR activities
• Participate in policy creation and the growth of the forensic footprint of the organization
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or similar technical field
• At least 2 years hands-on professional experience in vulnerability assessments and/or incident response in a large Microsoft infrastructure
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and applications
• Industry relevant certifications are a strong plus - Sec+, CEH, or similar
