Position Type: Position Summary:
The RCCC business program invites applications for a full-time faculty position beginning in fall 2022. A full time faculty member is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism and high academic standards. At least 40 hours per week are to be spent in the following: direct instruction; preparation and evaluation of instruction; accessibility to students; committee assignments; advising and service to the college and community. Faculty may be assigned a teaching schedule that includes any college location, and at times that meet student, program and college needs.
Staff Required Education/Experience: Faculty Required Education/Experience Skills:
MBA , or a master’s degree in a business-related discipline with 18 graduate semester credits, from a regionally accredited institution.
Desired Education/Experience/Skills:
Teaching experience in Higher Education
Ability to guide students from a variety of educational backgrounds
Active participation in relevant professional organizations
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Applicants should have an understanding of an Open-Door academic environment. Applicants should be familiar with the academic excellence required of an ACBSP member. The successful applicant will show an ability to work in a collaborative environment; faculty, staff, and community.
