Then welcome to the Service Management team at Retail Business Services, a proud company of Ahold-Delhaize. This will be a fun teamwork atmosphere with the opportunity to gain in-demand experience working with the ServiceNow platform managing digital workflows for enterprise operations. We are looking for creative problem solvers to work on challenging projects applying the latest ServiceNow platform technology.
Qualifications:
Passion for working with emerging technologies
Background in (or related field):
Computer science or engineering
Data Science
High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
Experience with languages, such as Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Rest or SOAP API
Experience with Web design HTML, CSS
Experience with or knowledge of any of the following:
Workflow design, portal development, mobile development, ServiceNow configurations including Business Rules, UI pages, Script includes, Client Scripts, UI Macros, reports etc.
Ability to come up with creative technical ways to resolve application and system issues, recommends solutions
Excellent diagnostic, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Must be able to adapt quickly to change without being afraid to take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment while being proactive and action-oriented
Agile development Awareness
Experience with cloud computer/DevOps, such as Microsoft Azure, is a plus
