Position Summary:
This position provides financial analysis and reporting for the FP&A team. This position will oversee all financial planning and reporting activities for various business areas within Retail Business Services (RBS). This position is responsible for providing financial insights and projections and provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. Incumbents will be expected to perform competently in all core finance disciplines noted below and could rotate between core finance areas as required based upon business needs. This position will also be responsible for preparing accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute the company's planning and reporting process for the RBS areas supported, including 3YP, annual budget, in-year forecasts and latest estimates, along with period/quarter business reporting.
Work with RBS VP, VPs of RBS/OCEO areas supported, the President of RBS, the CFO, and CLO to ensure appropriate financial targets are set (3YP/Budget/Forecasts) for their areas, considering strategies and projects in each area.
Serve as a key financial partner in the Performance Management with teams of each area supported to provide a clear understanding of results, with key drivers of performance, and actionable insights.
Drive an efficient and meaningful Forecast and Latest Estimate process, that highlights key risks and opportunities, while driving potential mitigating actions.
Execute and refine billing from RBS/OCEO to the Brands and Other Entities. Work closely with Brands and Other Entities to incorporate billings into their plans and provide key drivers of plans/results. Work with them to be efficient as a whole.
Work with HR partners as well as Brands/Other Entity partners to plan and report non-union healthcare, bonuses, and other benefits for RBS and all Brands/Other Entities within ADUSA.
Work with RBS FP&A VP and Directors to lead the agenda for RBS FP&A as a whole. Help to lead the planning and execution of whole team meetings, activities, learnings, and direction.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications:

Decisions influence the strategic planning and direction of the project / function. Poor decisions have an impact on medium- to long-term business goals and financial results of a project / function.
Provide support to various special projects. Provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to other associates as needed. Promotes an effective project / functional environment through the effective use of indirect mentoring and coaching skills.
Acts as mentor, effectively demonstrates leadership attributes, shares expertise.
Effective internal and external interactions, secured through strong influencing skills, are an important link in the communication chain of the business unit and contribute to the effective implementation of major projects and/or departmental initiatives.
Applies a high-level of expertise across the department or function. Could have extensive experience in several business units or functions. Has a high level of expertise and a full understanding of the business environment.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting or a related area,
Expert Excel skills; Power BI highly desired; Understanding of project allocation methodologies ; Prior SAP experience, experience operating in an agile product environment, and experience with data visualization tools.

Has extensive functional and project experience, is recognized as a expert in a functional area and enough organizational and operational expertise to soundly identify relevant solutions and metrics. Will leverage Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to work with responsible process area in the development of solutions.
Ability to make recommendations based on interpretation of quantitative analysis.
Extensive knowledge of the Ahold Delhaize Finance processes; Prior project management. and/or retail..
Up to 15% Travel spent outside home office/store
