Position Summary: Work with existing and new Pallet Recycler network, to ensure timely retrieval of PECO’s assets. This would include sending return request to transportation, ensuring on-time pickups, understanding recycler’s requirements, on-time payment processing, etc. Facilitate as a customer service representative to the Pallet Recovery Industry. Serve as Support to the Account Managers as needed or in the event of their absence. Position requires 15% overnight travel Outside of Home Base
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain efficient relationships with recyclers & NPD within assigned account base ; Act as point of contact to facilitate day to day requests for Recovery pickup.
• Returns Management using data analytics with monthly metrics to ensure accurate pallet flows
• Work with Transportation team to schedule the regular full load returns requests from recyclers
• Work with Dedicated Fleet Team to coordinate LTL returns within Fleet Area Range.
• Customer Service- Heavy email and telephone interaction with customers to provide updates on returns pick up status; communicate relevant information to recycler and or Transportation Team
• Plan and schedule “milk runs” within assigned region working with Transportation Team
• Assist Account Managers with new recycler setup by completing setup form and adding appropriate information into Red-Link/CRM Following new Recycler setup, send invoicing SOP to new recycler.
• Communicate with outside Recovery partners for region specific pickup needs (LTL). CPU Appointment management.
• Utilize CRM to document pertinent communication with recyclers containing critical or important information
• Maintain an internal database of recyclers and NPD’s
• Manage Recovery cost reductions within the territory
• Problem Solving responsibilities to own the problem and use internal information to self-solve
• Assist Account Manager on new payment or revised payment terms to ensure they have been processed by accounts payable per Recyclers terms.
• Maintain monthly KPI report to management
Qualifications:
• Education: Associates Degree and or equivalent job experience/training
• Computer knowledge including MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Customer service background is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish a Plus
• 15% overnight travel Outside of Home Base
8 Hour Worked Day-Core Hours between 7:30am and 5:30 pm
