IDEAL AGENT is growing our IDEAL MOVE Team! The Move Specialist is a key role engaging with clients to demonstrate the full value proposition of IDEAL MOVE, to increase sales success. Reporting to the Product Manager and working alongside other sales function areas, the Move Specialist will be the subject matter expert on moving, storage, junk removal, internet/tv/phone, home security, utility services, and other relevant products and services. The Move Specialist will promote these services to IDEAL AGENT clients at the right time during the home selling and home buying experience. You will need to be confident and knowledgeable about the home selling, buying, and moving process to communicate with sellers and buyers about their goals and facilitate a seamless moving and transition experience.
What you will be doing:
• Outbound calls to current clients to answer home service inquiries and provide needs-based product upsells
• Produce profitable sales growth within the IDEAL MOVE product portfolio
• Prospect and close profitable business opportunities with new clients
• Product expert who can tailor the sales experience to meet specific client needs
• Accurately record and log client interactions and resolutions
• Identify and communicate product opportunities required to close deals
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on IDEAL MOVE products and services
• Provide product knowledge during sales calls; describe product features and value-added benefits to solicit new business opportunities and entice sales
• Note, analyze, and communicate feedback from clients to the Product Manager
• Uphold a 5-Star standard experience and receive feedback from clients
• Make a minimum of 35 outbound calls per day = calling existing clients in the IDEAL AGENT pipeline
• Facilitating 5-7 touchpoints per client, between active listing and closing, via phone call, text, and email, to create upsell opportunities
• Call to Upsell Moving
• Call to Upsell Home Security
• Call to Upsell Junk & have knowledge of OET
• Call to Upsell PODS & have knowledge of OET
• Call to Upsell Internet/TV/Phone
• Ask clients about purchasing plans and refer interested buyers
• Learn and be proficient in IDEAL AGENT CRM – CONNECT
• Monitor and manage internal department/corporate communications within IDEAL AGENT tools – primarily Teams and Slack
• Create and Send Trust Pilot review links; generate Trust Pilot Reviews, and resolve/mitigate any customer issues
Our Perfect Match:
• Previous Sales and Customer Service experience making outbound calls and handling inbound calls
• Good communication skills - Persuasive, empathetic, friendly, and patient
• Ability to analyze customer situations and provide guidance on products that enhance the home buying and selling experience
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales that benefit the customers
• Excellent listening skills
• Able to work from a script but adapt quickly
• Sales results-driven
• Able to work as a team
• Attention to detail, ability to manage priorities, and work under pressure
• Fast learner
• Exceptional customer interaction skills, quick thinking, and confident communication while facing possibly unknown question
