Dex Imaging is a leading provider of document handling equipment and services with multiple offices and locations throughout the United States. Dex Imaging is a leader in information technology and a manufacturer of associated electronic document handling reporting devices.
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to handle the administrative side of shipping equipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedule deliveries and pick up of equipment.
• Enter and update order paperwork.
• Performs service & logistics coverage assessments
• Process equipment relocations.
• Prepare ready equipment and ship out notifications.
• Process signed paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, partners and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Experience and Qualifications
• High School diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good collaboration and team work abilities.
