This is a REMOTE position; however, to be considered, applicants should reside in or be willing to relocate to the following states\: PA, GA, NJ, TX, WI, NV, AZ, or FL at  their own expense.
SCOPE OF POSITION\:
Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for technical and non-technical positions through recruiting various sourcing methods.  Analyzes and evaluates workforce metrics to improve human resources capacity planning.  Participates in talent acquisition projects.

Develops and sustains effective methods to identify, source, and mobilize the most qualified candidates, and ensure the company always has a pipeline of talent for these identified positions.

Understands requirements for technical positions, develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.

Conducts full-cycle recruitment activities including driving the process by leading meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify process, and provide regular recruiting activity updates.

Conducts in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the role details, challenges, EVP, as well as define the interview process

Manages assigned jobs in our applicant tracking system ensuring all applicants are moved correctly and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the easy retrieval of prospective candidate information for recruiting purposes.  Support the organization in the execution of EEO commitments made in their AAP plan and execute pro-active recruiting to achieve AAP goals and objectives

Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of a workforce.

Applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts.

Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making.

Participates in talent acquisition projects and/or other related duties as appropriate
Qualification:
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION\: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business management, or other related field and/or combination of education and related experience preferred.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting and full-cycle talent acquisition of professional, technical, and contract staff positions is required.  This experience must include position profiling, direct and indirect sourcing, screening and interviewing, management coaching for candidate selection, and development and presentation of employment offers.

1 year recruiting for technical roles such as various Engineering and IT positions required.

Strong team player with experience building and sustaining relationships

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to tackle new situations.

Strong computer skills with experience using an applicant tracking system, electronic job boards, social media, BI Analytics and MS Office w/ advanced Excel skills.
