POSITION SUMMARY
The Night Auditor is responsible for the duties of the Guest Service Rep and the following Night Auditor responsibilities.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Consists of balancing the daily work from the daily business, run all computer reports, deliver guest bills to guest rooms, distribution of all reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: General Education and/or comparable work experience.
Required Knowledge:
• Basic computer literacy
• Good Keyboarding skills and ability to type 30-35 wpm
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and phones skills
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Previous cash handling abilities
Work Environment: The duties for this position are typically carried out in climate controlled areas. Also includes standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
