Position Description:
Position Summary: The Field Service Supervisor (FSS) manages a staff of Customer Care/Equipment Service personnel (i.e. Repair Technicians, Fountain/Freestyle Installers, Cooler Movers). This role is responsible for, but not limited to, providing superior mechanical equipment service and/or delivery to customer accounts within an assigned geography, assuring the highest level of soft drink quality possible.  The Supervisor will handle budget and fiscal responsibility including ongoing operating expense.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
• Accountable for delivering the Field Service vision and strategy
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Field/Equipment Services Team
• Drive employee engagement and organizational health
• Translate Company business data to monitor results
• Coaching, motivating, and developing talent
• Enhance intellectual capital through training, rewarding, and retaining the best of the best
• Improve productivity of the workforce through current technology enablement, training, process improvement, and identifying/sharing best practices
• Enhance customer experience and relations
• Supervisor is expected to be a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues
• Setting and ensuring KPI targets and goals are met
• Managing financial controls, driving initiatives and results
• Auditing employee performance, review of report data to analyze results and ability to enter data into our business systems
• Role may require additional duties and responsibilities that are not listed on this job description, as required by management
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of management experience in a customer facing role
• Effective coaching and talent development
• Intermediate computer skills, include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capability to learn and utilize multiple software packages (i.e. SAP & Microsoft Office Systems)
• Ability to work on multiple requests at the same time
• Strong customer service and follow up skills
• Commitment to follow defined processes and procedures
• Willingness and ability to adapt to change
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners for adherence to defined process and policy
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ Years management experience
• 2+ Years of previous Field Service or Make Ready Center experience
• Prior experience managing in a union environment
