Description:SUMMARYWorking with general supervision, the Video Production & Associate Experience Specialist will oversee all aspects of our video production strategy, as well as assist with internal communications and associate engagement projects. This role interacts with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Identify impactful weekly content designed around storytelling principles to personalize the narrative in a way that resonates, is relatable, and captures GameStop’s culture and valuesDirect, shoot, and capture great performances/stories from internal staffCapture video content during live events, behind-the-scenes and in scripted environmentsCapture and cleanly key green screen shootsQuickly and efficiently edit high-quality video for internal distributionWith supervisor vision, assist with monthly webinar scripting and video production, and executive presentation assistance for employee eventsIn partnership with the Store Training specialist, plan, script, produce, film, and edit necessary Store training videosWell versed in equipment and processes to execute live streaming and online productionsFoster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and creative stories, that drive strategic business objectivesWith supervisor guidance, moderate associate comments and feedback on internal communication channelsPartner with the Creative Services team to develop complementary visuals and videos for internal use, when appropriate, like managing posters, acrylics, and internal TVs throughout the buildingAssist Sr. Specialist Communications, Events & Engagement with high priority engagement projectsCollect and analyze data to support internal stakeholders in understanding performance of communications' tactics, adjusting strategies and optimizing approaches Due to the nature of our associate engagement and experience projects including national video content, and in-person events, some evenings, weekends, and travel may be required (less than 10%)General Duties/ResponsibilitiesMust be creative, resourceful, independent, and function well in a fast-paced, go-getter environmentManage relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organizationAdhere consistently with all organizational policies related to our respectful workplaceDemonstrate a consistent commitment to associate-focused service by prioritizing associate-based requests, responding quickly and favorably to associate-based feedback, and proactively seeking ways to help associates tell impactful storiesWork collaboratively with others within and outside of his or her function to achieve goals, simple processes, reduce costs, prevent loss, and to ensure that work is completed safely, accurately, and on timeResponsible for adhering consistently with all employment policies as stated in the employee handbook provided by his or her supervisorModel the high level of customer service expected of all GameStop associates including, but not limited to, responding to voicemails and emails within organizationally defined timeframes, completing projects as committed, responding to others’ feedback appropriately, and making optimal use of organizationally limited resources by offering assistance to other functional teams when appropriateModel team commitment by adhering to the team's expectations and guidelines;
