Job Description
The Finish worker is responsible for finishing products to specifications.
• Finish product per Operational Method Sheet, drawings or schedules using appropriate spray guns or appropriate tools.
• Inspect for obvious damage, color consistency and alignment or any other material specifications and inspect parts for compliance to any other quality or workmanship standards.
• Document necessary information
• Keep work space and equipment clean and well organized
• Perform job rotation as directed
• Implement process improvements
Job Requirements
• Able to read drawings
• Skilled in the use of spray guns a plus
• Able to perform preventative/reactive maintenance to machine, tools/equipment
• Able to use required gauges
• Able to use load moving devices
• Ability to identify nonconformities
• Able and willing to work flexible hours
• Able to write legibly
• Able to read and comprehend required documents
• Able to accomplish required math
• Minimum of 4 weeks on the job training
• Positive attitude
• Able and willing to work flexible hours
