Private-Equity Interim Controller
Compensation: $90-125/hour depending on experience
Location: Projects with companies across the United States / Must have ability to travel although some projects will be remote
Duration: 3+ months, potential for contract-to-hire or direct hire

Qualifications:
• CPA or MBA
• 2+ years' Controllership experience with the ability to play to CFO-level
• 7+ years accounting experience; background in public accounting strongly preferred
• Significant M&A and integration experience
• Significant experience establishing daily, weekly, monthly (DWMR) reporting for all stakeholders
• Expertise in Lender Compliance reporting, covenant reporting, and financial analysis
• Experience with closing statement preparation and managing post-closing OBS/valuation workstreams
• Willing to travel as needed
• Self-started with a hands on, roll up your sleeves mentality
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
