• Assist plant extractions
• Document experimental results in lab notebooks and by electronic means and disseminate to superiors
• Adhere to facility safety programs and in keeping with GMP’s or other regulations
• Prepare buffers and solutions for purification, cleaning, etc.
• Clean Equipment in accordance with SOP and cleaning requirements
• Maintain laboratory including; glassware cleaning, record keeping, inventory control and general organization
• Assist with monthly deep clean of laboratory
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or relevant scientific discipline
• Experience with general lab techniques; extractions, purifications, preparing solutions
• Ability to effectively communicate using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary
