Full Job Description Barberitos Eastside is looking for Team Members, Team Leaders, and Lead Prep Cooks to join our team! We are located at 1860 Barnett Shoals Rd., Athens, Ga 30605. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working, reliable, and willing to accept both positive and constructive feedback from Team Leaders and managers.
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND THOSE WITHOUT PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME!
General Responsibilities
· Properly executing opening/closing task lists
• Team Leaders are expected to delegate tasks and communicate specific expectations to Team Memebers
• Prep cooks are expected to follow brand recipes and keep prep equipment clean and maintained
· Communicating with and assisting other positions with their duties; we operate as a TEAM!
· Ensuring high standard of cleanliness is met
· Providing exemplary guest service
· Counting money and filling transactions with Clover POS
· Following national health and safety standards when preparing and holding food, cleaning and sanitizing, and maintaining equipment
· Communicating directly with Team Leaders and managers
Qualifications
· Some weekend and evening availability
· Desire to learn, grow, and succeed with and as a TEAM
Wages
· Starting wages are based on experience, work availability, and immediate responsibilities
· Wage increases are based on the same, PLUS:
• Position performance and development
• Increased responsibilities (Team leadership, communication of expectations and standards, ordering food and product, etc.)
• Demonstrated adherence to expectations, including but not limited to:
• Reliability (attendance and shift coverage policies)
• Uniform policies and personal appearance policies
• Fedback about performance from Team members and Guests
• Shiftly, daily, and weekly cleaning standards
• Holding oneself and others responsible for meeting expectations
