Full Job Description The Asmark Institute is a national resource center that has been serving the agricultural industry since 1990. We simplify, execute and systemize EH&S needs for ag retailers with the goal of making safety and compliance as simple as possible. · Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, walk, stand, kneel, and lift up to 70 lbs.
· Driver’s License (Required)
· Ability to navigate towing a trailer (Required)
· Maintenance Experience (Preferred, not required)
· Experience Managing Projects & Working with Contractors (Preferred, not required)
· CDL, Class B or Higher (Preferred, not required)
· Forklift Experience (Preferred, not required)
· Basic computer skills required, including but not limited to duties such as e-mail, word processing, and the creation and upkeep of spreadsheets
Responsibilities:
· Regular inspections of property including buildings & equipment
· Preventative Maintenance & General Repairs
· Project Management including working with contractors as needed
· Lawn & Landscape Maintenance
· Warehouse & Product Inventory Management
· Product Order Fulfillment
· Property Security
· Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is commensurate with talent at the time of hire and increases based on individual skill level, proven results, and added responsibilities. Benefits include:
