Venom is hiring and we are currently looking for a confident, driven individual to work closely with our Charity Client as a PR & Communications Assistant.
We’re building something special at Venom, and our team is at the very heart of it. We are on the lookout for our next PR & Communications Assistant to join our team in our Atlanta office. Having recently moved to ATL we plan bring our competitive, creative, fun and ambitious team to the forefront of the promotions market throughout the Georgia region. PR & Communications Assistant – What will the role entail?
As a PR & Communications Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be a brand ambassador and the voice of our non-profit charity. Your winning personality will grab the attention of people through your face-to-face presentations at our private site retail events. Through this interaction you will be creating excitement around our clients causes and in turn generating long term donors – we really do make a massive difference to our charity partners!
Initially, we would be looking to train you within the new campaign, to provide solid representation for our clients and generate new, long-term donors, so strong communications skills are a must!
PR & Communications Assistant Duties include
• Establishing donor relationships at our private site events across the Georgia region
• Completing donor applications and collecting payment details from new donors
• Assisting prospective donors with questions they may have and give full product information
• Provide the public with information about the charities
• Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers.
• Ensure the clients brand awareness strategy is implemented and overall market share is positively impacted as a result.

• Flexibility – The ability to work within a fully flexible environment servicing our new and existing donors on a face-to-face basis
