The Peel & Holland Insurance team is known for a high level of expertise and its compassion for our agency, team members, clients, and our communities. We believe it is our job to build lasting relationships and the confidence of our clients. As a Commercial Lines Account Administrator, you will be a part of the Commercial Team assisting in processing data related to the insurance transaction and collecting information from a variety of sources for the purposes of rating, placing, and invoicing business. You will work with Account Managers and Advisors by providing support in servicing and doing things right for the clients we serve.
We are looking for a can-do mindset performing multi-step processes and repetitive processes and meticulous tasks. You should be known for your attention to detail and accuracy. This role calls for an exceptionally high degree of integrity, representing the reputation and commitment of our agency with the utmost care and living our core values daily.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Review insurance policy documents for accuracy and completeness
• Electronically file and index policy documents per agency standards
• Enter changes to client and policy records online
• Invoice clients
• Review and understand discrepancies to request corrections
• Handle business communications electronically and in-person
• Keep informed on rates, form, and coverage changes
• Issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards and evidences of property coverage
• Process audits
• Follow all established policies and procedures
• Maintain required licenses
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Obtaining and maintaining a Property & Casualty insurance license may be required. Education or experience with insurance and/or risk management is preferred.
