Full Job Description We are currently looking to hire a responsible individual to Manage our Landscaping Division. This individual will need to obtain these tasks and skills.
1) Schedules work for crew according to weather conditions, availability of equipment, and seasonal limitations.
2) Reviews contracts to ascertain service, machine, and work force requirements for job.
3) Prepares service cost estimates for customers.
4) Answers customers' questions about grounds-keeping care requirements.
5) Investigates customer complaints.
6) Prepares work activity and personnel reports.
7) Suggests changes in work procedures and orders corrective work done.
8) Spot checks completed work to improve quality of service and to ensure contract compliance.
Also including:
Maintaining properties and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding. Watering plants and lawns and add fertilizer as needed. Remove snow, ice, and leaves as needed. Maintaining inventory and equipment needs.
