Robert Half HR Solutions is currently recruiting for a Recruiter for a fast growing property development company. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of construction professionals including project managers, scheduling engineers, construction managers, field engineers, superintendents, structural design managers, and safety coordinators and managers. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, write and post job descriptions, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and extend offers. This is a great opportunity to join an organization with plans to double in size. Pervious experience recruiting in the construction industry is required. This position is hybrid.
