This individual will lead a team supporting technical product training and communications and related projects for the NATT organization. The technical training organization develops content and materials including manuals for service, equipment operations, and installation; delivers technical training (instructor-led and online); and manages training schedules and session coordination. The Technical Training Manager will 1) oversee the overall technical training program and content development, 2) establish and execute strategic initiatives to augment existing e-Learning and mobile-friendly content, 3) provide day-to-day supervision/leadership for trainers and technical communication specialists, and 4) support technical material development and/or training, as needed. Experience/QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experienceExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills and the ability to multitaskProficient in the use of Windows-based office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookSelf-directed, proactive, and flexibleExperienced with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Learning Management Systems, Articulate, and CamtasiaCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
