Full Job Description Job Expectations:
· Supervise and manage Site Superintendents
· Supervise multi-family construction projects, read plans, place material orders and manage sub crew on Plumbing division.
· Supervise and project manage multiple projects at one time
· Attend all Pre-Construction Meetings and Start dates
· Ensure inspections are passed
· Ensure project comes in at or under budget
· Write ROI and change orders as needed
· Attend job site meeting and handle paperwork associated
· Manage all aspects of project completion
· Use technology to perform your job duties to include (but not limited to) ProCore, eSub, Amazon WorkDocs, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
