Job Description:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform general clerical duties, including word processing and correspondence, answering telephones, greeting students, faculty, and visitors.
• Utilize student information systems such as Topnet and Banner
• Maintain records for advising under supervision
• Administer the student exams at the WKU in Owensboro testing center, overseeing all security protocols for administered exams
• Assist with documents moving to and from main campus
• Assist in campus recruitment efforts, including for events at partner community colleges and at local recruitment events
• Liase with Director and campus Senior Zone Maintenance Tech on service needs for the campus
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED, plus one year clerical experience
Additional Information:
Pay range:  $11.00-$13.00/hr
