Position Summary
The Georgia Center is seeking a talented, energetic professional to provide recruiting/ registration and marketing support in a fast-paced, professional, customer-focused, and results-driven environment. The Enrollment Support Associate will collaborate with program coordinators, education enrollment staff, and marketing staff on recruitment initiatives to drive enrollment growth in the Center's portfolio of continuing education programs.
Successful Enrollment Support Associates will bring great energy, a contagious attitude, excellent follow-up with contacted leads, strong over-the-phone closing techniques along with persuasive and consultative selling skills. This position involves the counseling and selling program benefits, meeting deadlines for enrollment, a capacity to work autonomously within a structured team environment, excellent relationship building, and business development. The primary responsibility of the position is to guide prospective adult students through the enrollment process as well as the development of strategic recruitment and relationships with businesses, individuals, corporations, and professionals.

Drive customer acquisition using lead generation strategies and managing the program enrollment pipeline.
* Assist prospective students as they move through the registration process, including consulting with them on program fit, answering questions about the program and registration process, alleviating concerns, and helping the student prepare to know what to expect upon course start.
* This position involves a significant amount of time working with prospective students by making phone calls, sending informational emails, building personal relationships, assisting with student registration, and maintaining the student contact database.
* Call prospective students who have requested information about Center programs and, through a systematic follow-up approach, contact prospects to answer their questions and build relationships with prospective students as they work through the admissions process.
* Actively manage and report on the prospective student pipeline, work towards program enrollment goals, manage entries into CRM and other appropriate systems.
