We are looking for Documentation Scientific Archivist for our client in Athens, GA
Job Title: Documentation Scientific Archivist
Job Location: Athens, GA
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Responsible for receiving and preparing documents and records for archival including updating searchable aids covering archived materials.
Responsible for logging, filing, retrieving, and maintaining records that include proprietary and confidential information.
Must understand the confidentiality of such documents and maintain them accordingly.
Supports customer needs by retrieving and scanning files as needed.
Assists with printing and preparing production records per the production schedule(s).
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Good interpersonal skills.
A collaborative team player.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational skills with a quality orientation.
Effective time management.
Ability to work independently.
High degree of attention to detail.
Ability to find errors or inconsistencies others may miss.
