Job Description
Buffet Attendants Fill customers plates and maintain the Buffet in accordance with food safety guidelines.
Helps maintain, and ensure the food quality standards of Moonlite BBQ. No experience is required. Participate as a part of the Moonlite Team and help all other positions when necessary. Understand, and perform safe handling practices.
Responsibilities include:
• Fill/build plates as requested by Customers.
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.
• Responsible for maintaining personal hygiene, washing & sanitizing hands frequently
• Is responsible to make sure area and buffet is sanitized and functional
• Will ensure that all Food Safety Standards are met.
• Must work as part of the TEAM, fulfilling multiple line duties as needed
• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 30 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
