Job Summary:
Provides supervision and therapeutic services to adult clients in a short term crisis stabilization unit.
Supervises self-administration of medications of residents, completes unit documentation as required for admissions and discharges.
Completes activities as per schedule, monitors mental and physical status of residents.
Reports changes in client status and unit concerns to Program Manager/Nurse Coordinator as indicated.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required
