Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring therapists/physicians have all charts needed for daily schedule and ensuring all staff notes, psychiatric notes, etc. are billed and filed in chart.
May be required to travel to Ohio County Outpatient Clinic to assist when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Location ID - Cigar Factory Complex (CFC)
Relocation is not provided and travel within the seven county service area is occassionally required.
Eligible for Over-Time: YES
Eligible for Shift Differential: NO
