Job Summary:
The Recruiter assists with the design of the overall recruiting strategy and is responsible for implementing said strategy. They recruit for all positions with an emphasis on qualified professional staff (positions requiring licenses and/or degrees), APRN's, and psychiatrists. They also source, recruit, screen, select, and coordinate the hiring of candidates. The Recruiter establishes and maintains positive relationships with community partners and employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services field, Human Resources, or Marketing.
Previous experience in health care required.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in human resources preferred.
Location ID - Owensboro
Relocation is not provided and travel is occasionally required
