Job Summary:
The PASRR Specialized Services Staff/Technical Staff/Waiver CM is responsible for providing 1:1 specialized services to those who live in nursing facilities and have been approved by the State to receive these services.  This position will also become knowledgeable of the State Mandate EVV system and assist as needed, with corrections submitted and other various tasks. Will be eligible to carry a small caseload for those participants receiving waiver services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
Location ID - Owensboro
Relocation is not provided and travel is regularly required
Eligible for Over-Time: YES
Eligible for Shift Differential: NO
