Job Summary:
Extensive knowledge of and ability to perform duties in full compliance within certification in relation to essential maintenance and general upkeep tasks throughout facilities. This position is responsible for a wide variety of activities such as: preventative maintenance, repairs, and clean up to ensure that facilities are functional, safe and tidy.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Tradesman's Certification including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, etc.
One (1) year of related experience
Valid Driver's license
Location ID - CFC
Relocation is not provided and travel is occasionally required (within 7 county service area)
Eligible for Over-Time: YES
Eligible for Shift Differential: NO
