Quality Manager Opportunity!
A growing company is seeking an exceptional Quality Manager with their focus being Quality: Control - Planning - Assurance - Improvement - Sustainability. This role will serve as an integral contributor to further company growth and development. There is plenty of room for advancement.
Quality Manager Responsibilities:
• Leads Team of 3 direct reports: responsible to coach and mentor to success
• Face of the quality department in Key Projects or New Product Rollouts
• Maintains Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) system
• Owns the corrective action implementation efforts post-customer feedback
• Leads Root Cause Analysis Team on noncompliance/quality issues
• Supporting activities to ensure reliability and quality standards with new vendor and/or new materials
• Conducts training sessions and creates training materials to ensure relevant quality standards and regulations are compliant
• Works with ISO System Certification Company to maintain ISO 9001 and 13485 Certifications
• Reports Quarterly Management Review summarizing regulatory compliance issues (as necessary)
• Owns the Process of developing work instructions, test procedures, and implementation of policies and procedures
Quality Manager Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required or Minimum 10 years of experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRP systems
• Ability to write clear Quality Management Standards and Systems
• Ability to Implement change throughout the organization and report progress
• Must have previous experience in manufacturing environment (primary environment you will work in)
