Reports to:       President but works alongside Resource Development Director
Status:               Full Time
Hours:                8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday 75% in office, 25% out of office (estimated)
Occasional hours might differ for events
Job Title:           Marketing Manager/Campaign Assistant
Overview:
• Work with the Resource Development Director to ensure fundraising activities are conducted, recorded and accurate reports are generated
• Coordinate, develop and organize special events
• Develop social media updates, newsletters and communication pieces as needed / directed as well as other marketing concepts
• Manage social media, website, and online giving platforms
• Design all print materials for Campaign and Marketing purposes/Ability to coordinate with designers to ensure brand standards are kept
• Coordinate and work with Director of Resource Development on scheduling meetings, gathering materials and reports
• Help gather sponsorships for Special Events and for marketing materials
• Help create a calendar for year-round marketing and partner to implement activities
• Ability to address crowds and public format
• Help to manage Director of Resource Development Schedule of activities
• Ensure database is up to date and accurate
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
• Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Generate reports from Microsoft office suites software and CRM databases (Andar)
• Maintain supplies marketing inventory
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
• Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Knowledge of CRM databases
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Professional presentation

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficient in MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly
• Transportation & Valid Driver License
• Availability to be out of office for special events, meetings, etc. if needed
