Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Maintenance Planning Supervisor. This role has no direct reports.

• Understand the importance of conformance with the environmental policy relevant procedures and the requirements of the EMS (Environmental Management System).

ISO 9001 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM/EMPLOYEE REPSONSIBILITY:
Adequately provide resources for all assigned processes and procedures to fulfill requirements. Awareness of expectations is demonstrated in all relevant levels of the organization. Reporting on the operation (audits & inspections) nonconformity and performance of the QMS (business meetings, KPI reviews, etc.)

• Establishment of meaningful and measurable quality objectives that are subject to regular management review

Role Responsibilities
Assists in the preparation of maintenance work plans, aids in the scheduling of all maintenance activities, and helps to maintain the preventative and predictive maintenance programs and records in the CMMS (mPulse) to ensure the uninterrupted operation of equipment through the following actions:
• Works directly with the Maintenance Planning Supervisor and performs as the primary backup for Planning and Scheduling;
• Creates work requests, work orders, job task lists, asset trees, and BOMS within the CMMS (mPulse9) as directed;
• Helps to plan each job and determines safety requirements, job instructions, drawings, materials, special equipment needs, and resources required to perform necessary work;
• Kits and stages all work materials as required;
• Ensures that all work orders as directed have the appropriate labor and materials charged to the equipment;
• Closes all work orders when completed and ensures proper documentation is included;
• Assists in tracking and managing work order backlog including age of jobs, jobs ready to schedule, jobs waiting on materials, jobs waiting on engineering, and jobs requiring a shutdown;
• Helps to prepare the weekly maintenance schedule for planning purposes;
• As directed, provides daily schedule based on changing priorities to provide to maintenance supervision.
• Aids in the coordination and scheduling of contractors for maintenance activities as needed;
• Assists with vendors to ensure proper materials are on-hand when required;
• Participates in weekly PM meeting with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Scheduling;
• Helps to ensure timely completion and documentation of Safety, Preventive, Predictive, ISO Retain, and EHS Retain maintenance activities;
• Helps to ensure all Maintenance activities driven by regulatory requirements are incorporated, scheduled and completed;
• Uses theCMMS (mPulse) to collect data and assist in tracking the performance and efficiency of Maintenance through Key Performance Indicators

Working Conditions
General office and maintenance shop environment. Could spend as much as 50% of time standing or walking.
Candidate Requirements
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
Professional experience : Minimum of 3 years working experience in an
industrial maintenance environment
Experience working in a Union facility preferred
Skills: Microsoft Office
CMMS
Parts warehousing and kitting
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical
components for rotating equipment, actuation,
and material handling
