Full Job Description Receptionist. Full Time. Answer phones. Schedule appointments. Data entry. Enthusiastic, bubbly personality. Knowledgeable with health insurance (terms such as deductible, co-insurance, copay, allowables, etc). Excellent computer skills required. Salary based on skills, knowledge, experience.
Medical Assistant. 3 years medical assisting required. Escort patients to treatment rooms. Obtain medical history. Document in computer system. Document chief complaints. Obtain, document vitals. Take x-rays. Remove bandages. Assist in office procedures. Scheduling outside tests (MRI, labs, bone scans, etc). Obtaining prior authorizations for procedures. Set up procedures. Maintaining stock of supplies. Organization skills, maturity, personable "people" person ideal. Excellent computer skills required.
