• Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
• Develops plan to implement the goals, policies, and procedures of The Gatehouse
• Evaluates current technology use and needs of The Gatehouse and recommends software and hardware improvements
• Remains current on advancing technologies
• Provides technical support to users
• Implements and oversees IT operational budget and expenditures
• Performs other related duties as assigned
