RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze and interpret data involving collection results, company procedures, policies, and workflows
• Prepare, analyze and summarize daily, weekly and monthly for presentation to Manager and Team
• Conduct analytics for projects, including manipulating and exporting data from ERPs and Collection tools
• Evaluate, organize and track KPIs
• Help develop and implement Collection updates, business goals and needs
• Use findings to help amend and develop procedures as needed
• Collaborate with different teams to provide insight
• Present findings in a professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of accounts receivable, finance, or collections experience including interaction with a large customer base
• Leadership and experience working in a team setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Problem-solving skills
