Full Job Description Need a talented individual to seek out, research and call on prospects to lease space at our center. MUST BE comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, negotiating, producing and finalizing leases. SALES SKILLS A MUST. Should be very articulate and professional; able to learn quickly and take direction. We need someone very upbeat, self-motivated and excellent with follow-through. Real Estate license not required. Great sales ability and knowledge of legal documents related to leasing necessary. Credit, background and drug test required. Must be available some weekends and some Holidays. Must be able to multitask and think outside the box and be ready to do a variety of tasks at a large shopping and entertainment center.
