Job Description Garage Experts is a fast-growing Dallas Based Company with over 100 existing franchise territories and we are looking to hire a Franchise Director. Benefits include paid vacations, Company Wide Bonus Goals, Health Insurance and 401k.
The primary function of the Franchise Director is to manage and grow our franchise operation through the addition of new locations along with developing the existing locations to become more profitable and efficient.
Responsibilities
• Management & development of the internal support team
• Franchise sales
• Coaching development of new and existing franchises
• Franchise business development
• Management and lead in annual conference, discovery day and remote regional training
• On boarding and training of new franchises
• Franchise support resolution
Requirements
• Be able to work at our offices daily which are in Grapevine TX
• Proven sales experience in a sales position that sells and supports products to franchise owners
• Track record of working with franchise owners, resulting in increased sales of the group
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of franchise development
• Proven track record of managing an administrative staff
• Excellent written and oral communication skills - must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Experience leading national conferences
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to persuade others, build consensus and work in a team environment
Minimum certifications/educational level:
• 4-year College Degree preferred
Minimum experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the franchise industry at an executive level
