As the Manager, Customer Success, you’ll be responsible for increasing customer loyalty and retention, as well as managing the performance of a team to provide maximum productivity and outstanding service. What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Lead a best-in-class team of Customer Success Analysts
• Cultivate strong relationships with National and Strategic Sales leadership; gather feedback and understand customer requirements
• Develop and refine processes to ensure consistent support and improve connectivity with other functions
• Establish and manage key performance indicators
• Monitor team performance monthly (including quality reviews) and report out quarterly to senior management
• Serve as point of escalation for customers and other departments
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 5 years of professional experience in the transportation and logistics industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
It’d be great if you also have:
• Transportation industry experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build cross-functional relationships
• An ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• An eye for approaching process efficiencies with creativity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations
