Duties:
Technical assistance for the precise execution of the experiments. Documentation follows the standards as given by *** SOP.
Technical assistance during development of analytical assays based on a variety molecular- biological, oncologic, and immunological techniques.
Support of animal experiments by provision of the conceptual vaccines diluted to the expected titer followed by subsequent analysis of animal samples which result from animal experiments.
Ensures compliance with all relevant legal requirements within own area of responsibility (e.g., biological safety, gene technology, animal welfare, workers safety, etc.)
Use resources to obtain the maximum outcome by planning the experiments in the light of existing budgets.
Ensure lab space and equipment is functional and well maintained. Documentation and execution of experiments is in compliance with internal roles and procedures.
Inventory and consumables are managed in an efficient and cost-effective way. EHS rules are followed
Skills:
Works independently to execute the given projects and experiments. Reports the results to supervisor. Plans the execution of the experiments and executes as per agreed time lines.

. Experience with techniques in working with cell culture
