The position’s responsibilities will include identification of team members, allocation of resources, development, and maintenance of individual and group/development team objectives.Responsibilities include:Led cross-functional project teams from initial marketing requirements definition through concept development, product design, and full production.Work with regional marketing/sales teams to develop key product specifications that meet and surpass customer requirementsManage cross-functional teams using project management tools and Carrier processesPrepare and monitor program and resource plans. Direct and manage resources to achieve on time, on budget project delivery, interfacing with all functions.Engage international supply base for cost-effective, reliable solutions.Communicate project objectives, status, and resource requirements to seniormanagement, as well as project teamEducationBachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 7+ years of related experience;or MBA/Masters's degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline with 5+ yearsrelated experience.Experience/QualificationsStrong project and team management skills.Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and leadership.Customer-focused.Ability to interact constructively with diverse teams, including international elements.Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities.Strong product quality tool knowledge and practical application experience.Strong program management skills with the ability to think ahead, anticipate potential problems, and proactively address them.Automotive or HVACR experience is beneficial.Strong verbal and written English skills.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
