Merchant Services is the global payment processing business for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Merchant Services is a leading provider of payment, fraud and data security for companies large and small and capable of authorizing transactions in more than 130 currencies.
Merchant Services is seeking an experienced Operations expert to define, document and test Operational processes to support incremental Helix platform releases.  T he Product Manager will establish initial Operational processes required to support payment processing via Helix, including process flows, definition of required controls, and detailed procedure documentation.  Team member will validate and refine defined processes via ongoing production validation and operational testing cycles. Team members also participate in transition of processes to target state teams, including participation in pilot implementations to ensure a successful and seamless client integration and rollout.   As Helix features and tools mature, the Product Implementation and Transition team is focused on continual process enhancement to ensure controls are maintained and best in class operational execution is delivered across the Helix lifecycle.
This is an execution focused role that requires relevant experience with a solid understanding of servicing, onboarding and implementation best practices.  Prior experience in Merchant Services Operations is preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Global team members to ensure consistent application of procedures and policies
• Complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities
• Identify and implement improvements to existing training and quality materials and processes
• Effectively and accurately communicate the status of the process, including key risks, issues and potential solutions
• This role will require a versatile skill set while working through the entire life cycle of merchant activity.
• This role will be responsible for operational support for the implementation, boarding, integration and ongoing servicing of International expansion clients including:

• Client onboarding and ongoing maintenance
• Support of technical integration and testing support
• Ongoing servicing for day to day client inquiries
• Perform effective process management and accountability structure to ensure required controls are maintained
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 3- 5 years of experience of Proven Product, Operational and Technical experience and knowledge within Merchant Services
• In depth experience in client onboarding, client service, validation testing, chargebacks, and financial operations
• 3-5 years of experience with modern technology including micro-services, REST API’s
• Experience with SQL such as Splunk
• Basic understanding of protocols such as HTTPS, TLS, SFTP and OAuth2
• Ability to act in a calm, organized, energetic manner in a dynamic environment where there are shifting priorities and demands with tight timelines and deadlines

• Experience with dealing with clients at a senior level
