The IT Resiliency & Data Center team develops and delivers the capabilities required to resume our business in the event of a disaster that renders our services unavailable. The events that are within the scope of responsibility include both physical and cyber events.  ITR&DC centrally coordinates the efforts needed to recover and restore the infrastructure and applications, depending on impact as well as governing the IT Resiliency Strategy.
The Senior Principal Program Manager is responsible for the governance, planning and reporting of the strategic, functional, technical, and implementation-related aspects of programs under DTCC’s IT Resiliency Portfolio.  Aligns programs’ deliverables across the portfolio, and manages internal and external dependencies.
Primary Responsibilities
• Governance and program management practices for large portfolios and programs
• Develop in-depth understanding of DTCC operational requirements and business objectives
• Direct and ensure smooth workflow within the area by staying informed and in touch with key elements of the organization beyond the domain and communicating key messages and updates in a timely manner.
• Effective collaboration, manages expectations and partners with multiple internal and external stakeholders (Business, Architecture, Testing, Risk, clients etc.)
• Manage programs and portfolios interdependencies (internal and external)
• Enforce adherence to regulatory, compliance and risk protocols across all facets of the group in a highly regulated environment
• Manage vendors/partners providing services including staffing, tools, consulting etc. Contribute to and review SOWs, oversee vendor performance, support formulation of vendor strategies
• Maintain clear and consistent communication channels across the organization (above, below and laterally); provide regular reports, metrics and query responses on statuses, issues, performance, risks etc.
• Foster a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk

Talents Needed for Success
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications
• Experience building and maintain large portfolios and programs delivering enterprise-level, mission-critical services under aggressive schedules and budgets
• Strong stakeholder management & partnering skills and the ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience Familiarity with the regulations and industry principles for recovery and resumption
• Experience in Financial Services and/or FinTech industry, strongly preferred
• Champion for diversity and inclusion
