Shoot Straight is a family of shooting sports retail stores and shooting ranges located throughout the state of Florida. Since 1979, we’ve specialized in helping our customers understand and purchase firearms for hunting, home defense, shotgun sports, target shooting, and much more.
Our staff members take pride in providing superior customer service, in their command of the products used in the shooting sports, and their applications. We are a team of dedicated professionals in our industry, who have a passion for what the shooting sports represent to the country, for the products we sell, and for serving our customers.

Responsibilities:
Retail associates create a safe and secure environment while educating customers and fulfilling their needs. Candidate will work with a full selection of firearms, firearms accessories, and ammunition.
Employees will work successfully in all departments of the store (handguns, long guns, tactical firearms, etc.) also work as Range Safety Officers supervising our indoor shooting range, as well as assist with maintenance of indoor shooting range.

Candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times while maintaining a friendly disposition.
Firearm knowledge is a plus, but is not required (we train).
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Pre-employment drug screening and continued compliance with Drug Free Workplace policy
• Criminal background check
• U.S. Citizen or eligibility to work in United States
