Senior Manager, Software Engineering AI/ML (Remote-US)

What you'll achieve
As a Senior Manager Software Engineering, you will understand the technology environment and business functions and apply your knowledge of programming, technologies and processes to develop and maintain business applications.
You will:
• Build, develop and lead a high performing team of engineers that are building state-of-the art web applications and services in an Agile, Scrum and Lean environment
• Assume a lead role within a major project and determine project approach, system scope, resource allotment and budget planning to meet complex business requirements
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators
• Manage and support the career growth of your direct reports

Essential Requirements
• 12+ years industry experience or equivalent skill; must include experience shipping a successful software product and managing a development team
• Strong technical skills to include experience with cloud native applications and AI/ML
• Experience working effectively across business units and cross functional teams (product owners, data scientists, designers, qa etc.)
• Knowledge of the following technologies: NET Core, .NET Framework; Data-SQL Server, ElasticSearch/MongoDB, Teradata; Platforms/Services-ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web, Web API, Web Services, Entity Framework, Microservices, REST; Messaging/Streaming-Kafka, RabiitMQ, Redis Streams, PCF, Docker, Kubernates

• Undergraduate technical degree
