CSR ~ Customer Service (Summer Work)
Location: Tampa, FL
We’re looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills to support our customer experience team throughout the region at pop-up events and in retail venues. CSR works as a team traveling around to different locations providing basic customer service, engaging with customers, distributing marketing materials and consolidating a few sales.

Do you have at least 6 months of experience working in customer service, retail sales, food service, or similar customer-focussed settings?
If so, we might be the right match for each other! We’re representing different charitable and non-profit organisations this quarter & our primary objective is to help them connect better with their existing and potential customers in the Tampa Bay area.
As a CSR for our clients you’ll be:
• Representing their brand to the public at pop-up events & retail venues
• Speaking with new and existing supporters throughout the day
• Providing excellent customer service and answering general questions
• Providing additional customer service contact information
• Promoting the client’s latest success stories and upcoming missions
• Completing transactions for customers who want to make ongoing-donations
• Collecting relevant feedback and contact information for our clients
• Conducting occasional surveys and perform market research for our clients
Compensation: This is not a commission only based role! Compensation ranges between $25k-$45k including base pay and uncapped commissions.

• Candidates must be over the age of 18 and legally allowed to work in the United States
• Applicants must be able to commute to our office in downtown Tampa, Fl (where applicable)
• Proficient communication skills and the ability to retain & recall product information
• The ability to work well in fast-paced team-oriented environments where friendly competition and challenges are commonplace
• A desire to learn new things and expand your comfort zones
Education and experience aside, we’re looking for people with a positive mindset who enjoy working with customers and want to be able to grow with a company! All necessary training is provided and is layered based on your level of experience working with customers and how quickly you generate results.
