Business Professional Team Lead
We are a startup company based in Tampa, FL. We’re looking to grow our events team this month and are looking to train a dedicated and ambitious individual to become our next Business Professional Team Lead. As a direct link between service-based companies and their ideal customers, we use marketing brand awareness campaigns at retail stores, we help them to increase their market share and brand recognition within the Tampa region. So finding the right individual to lead our team is crucial for us to achieve our growth plans this year.
Business Professional Team Lead Job Description
As a Business Professional Team Lead, you will learn how to manage and oversee our events and sales team, ensuring smooth day to day running of the business. This will include providing sales support, training sessions, 1-1 support, boosting the efficiency and productivity of the team.General duties may vary from campaign to campaign however initially operation team leaders will work in public facing positions moving more into an office based position as they develop their skills.

To be considered for the position of Business Professional Team Lead you will be a driven individual who works well in a range of situations with a range of individuals. You will be a great multitasker with the ability to coach others and communicate well within the team. Having a welcoming demeanor will suit you well in this position to ensure that no two days are the same and create a welcoming and friendly work environment.
Note: All candidates will need to be over the age of 18 and reliably able to commute to our office in Tampa, FL.
Job Requirements:
General Duty Breakdown
Human Resources - Communicating with staff, documenting staff training, tracking sales reports, you will also be involved in the hiring process of new staff, Maintaining ATS system.
Sales and Customer Service - Working directly at our events with the team to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
Scheduling and Supervision - Ensuring events have the right amount of staff and also the right staff for that particular campaign, supervising staff and providing 1-1 training support.
Coaching and Team Building - Enjoying the people you work with and the environment that you work in are an important part of any role. Ensuring the team have the correct training, are utilizing their skills and are motivated to work play an important part of your role.
Time Management - Managing your schedule effectively will help you perform your role more effectively as well as contributing to the success of the team. This will include effect prioritizing and delegation of tasks.

• Base Pay ranging between $38,750 - $55,250 including commissions and bonuses. Full details are provided during the interview process, and can vary slightly from campaign to campaign, but are always within a similar annual range.
