If you have SAP or BOL experience please apply today!Qualifications:3+ years of invoicing experienceSAP and/or bill of lading experience is preferredProfessional communication skillsProficient in Excel and Data EntryBachelor's Degree is a plusJob Description:Monitor various SAP reports daily to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactionsEnsure proper processing of shipment and inventory reportsReview and process terminal shipment documentationConfirm proper handling and mailing of customer invoicesMaintain Customer Service file cabinets including BOL files, customer files and shipping report files.Assess proper distribution of mail and file documents accordinglyOversee levels of critical office supplies such as toner, invoice paper, and fax paper and order products when need arisesAudit Customs documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulationsOther Info:This is a temporary contract position that is expected to last appoximately 4 months, but may get extended due to performance and/or business needsThe pay rate is $20/hrThe schedule is 8am-5pm Monday - FridayThis position offers a hybrid schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays in office, the rest is work from homeMedical, Vision & Dental benefits are availableWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
