The Electrical Superintendent oversees the day-to-day activities of large, complex electrical construction high-rise projects. You will be responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers and Subcontractors to complete the project within guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.

Responsibilities :
• Oversee, manage, and mentor Foremen and other field personnel.
• Works with Project Team to develop job schedule that is consistent with company commitments.
• Reviews schedule during project to ensure deadlines are met; notifies appropriate parties of delays or acceleration.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Administers timely and accurate paperwork for project activities (change orders, T&M, purchase orders, manpower schedules, timecards, payroll)
• Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• At least 5  years of experience managing crews and running multi-family or high-rise construction projects.
• Current Electrical Journeyman License; or Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience (licensed journeyman)
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
